I would not recommend the Standard rooms only because of the street noise early in the morning (delivery trucks backing up with that annoying, loud beeping sound) and tour buses playing fake bagpipe music to get their tourists back on the bus. The hotel grounds are extensive and the lawns are immaculate. The airport is about a $46.00 cab fare away. The Sacred Heart Cathedral in Pratt Street is about 1 km north of the hotel. Its lobby is airy and bright, but its 240 rooms, some with views of the city, could use a refresh, as guests have complained about stained carpeting.
